大学的定义：大学是什么?我的答案是，大学就是一个实验室。在大学里你可以尝试一切新的东西，在大学里你可以犯错误而不会承担无法挽回的后果，在大学里你可以做人生的实验，最终弄清楚你想要什么、需要什么、适合什么、擅长什么、能干什么。
我是一位文科生，可能做实验是比较少，但是还是让我们回顾一下做实验的过程：我们要根据要求提出理论上的假设——接下来动手实验——再者我们要验证实验结果与假设的差距——最后我们要总结经验成为知识。大学生活何尝不是如此，我们大一刚来，我们就要根据自身条件提出自己需要解决的问题：我们想要什么?我们想成为什么样的人?我们适合什么?我们的目标是什么——接着我们要实际行动去做实践：有的朋友可能会多做与学术类相关的课题，有的朋友可能要做一些适合的项目——此后我们要开始对我们的相关行为做调整不断的进行修改指正，这一年后我们又到了大二了——最后我们就要进入总结时期了，大二了该为进行人生选择了，也了解自己了，也知道自己的人生价值了，开始集中锻炼自己的核心价值了。
这就是大学。
正是这样一个个主动的过程，才最后决定了四年前相差不大的同一批人，一起进入同一个校园，听同样的教授的同样的课，四年后却有着大不相同的未来。区别的关键正是，有的人在四年里勤奋地做着各种各样的实验，总结了各种各样的知识，实证了各种各样的假设。而有的人，却连一次实验也没有做过。人生就是这样一个过程，我们的人生就像是做出租车，在我们做车之前，我们一定要想好自己去哪里，到哪里下车，这些问题我们都有了后，我们才会开始招手打车，告诉司机，我们到哪里。我们也不会看到有朋友会是这样：司机问我们到哪里，得到的回答是：不知道，相信每个人都知道自己坐车的目的。
你会发现他们在做非常不同的事情，或者说，非常不同的实验。而这一切的不同与时代有关，与环境有关，更多的我觉得与他们自己能够提出的假设有关。提出的假设不同，几乎决定了发展与努力的层次不同，也必然决定了最终获得的知识与成就不同。
像刚才我们以上所述的，他们两个就是经历过一个很长的人力资本的积累过程，其实这种过程简单说就是与其他的资本积累一样，需要正确寻找到适合自己的投资方向，合理投入时间、资源、劳动，通过整合、调整、优化来形成良好的资本结构，最后达到资本的增值。在这个过程中，投资人、资本的所有者、资本的受益者都是你自己，因此你理所当然要负起更大的责任，去考察市场、分析自身的资本状况、制定适合自己的投资计划。
大学已经越来越趋向自助式教育(self-educationawareness)：必修课程的减少、选修课程的增加、入学时专业方向的淡化与灵活、课堂教育外非正式教育机会的增加(社团、交流活动、暑期实*、学生助理职位的增加等等)，这一切使得大学的教育体制越来越趋向于一个超级市场，学生进入市场，选择你感兴趣的东西投入时间和精力，最后你会发现，你把时间投资在不同的领域，最后会在你离开校园后决定你的投资回报——就业市场和你的职业发展早晚会给你一个公*的答案。李营老师和徐兴就是给我们的答案。

计划来完成一个大学生活规划。那为什么要规划呢?又或者说为什么非得要对大学生活进行规划呢?在座有没有人打算在毕业之后考研的?这其实就是你对自己的毕业规划啦!没错，其实很多时候，在不知不觉间，我们已经对自己的生活有了规划，诸如考公务员啊，找个美女做女朋友啊等等。只是你没有像我这样肆无忌惮地站在这里说而已。所以，大学生活规划并不是什么非得去做啊这
样子，而是你和我在潜意识中都已经不知不觉地选择了去做，去规划。那说到小弟我自己了，对于小弟来说，就在过去的一个学期，我们的生活有了许多的改变，所以，在心理方面，我们要适应这些改变，无论是周围的生活环境，还是考试方式，上课模式，大学作息，身边的人等等，用一个学期去适应这些，我认为只有这样，对于接下来
几年的路，才会更好走。那时间允许的话去参与一下诸如什么文化节啊，我爱记歌词啊，那些活动和竞赛。所要学会怎样自娱自乐。那还有些剩下的时间又怎样利用呢?兼职，锻炼，到图书馆逛逛，虽然，以上三样我连一样都没做，但我确实认为这是有必要写进我的规划里的，不然，时间一久，就会感觉生活不充实啊，抱怨什么大学好无聊啊，这样子，然后经常都会感觉不知道自己到底要做什么，或是做什么都提不起劲。为什么会这样啊，因为你的生活太空闲了，你缺乏一个由目标带来的动力。
所以，我要在我的大学生活规划里订一个目标，一个可以给我动力的目标，四六级?不是。研究生?不是。大医院?不是。这些都没有足够的动力，这时候，我发现啊，原来这动力来自一场爱情!没错啊，打个比方，如果你女朋友喜欢你的歌声，你是不是会努力唱好你的歌?如果你男朋友喜欢你的清纯，你是不是会努力装清纯，当然，我认为我们广东医大部分都是不用装的。又如果你女朋友喜欢你的钱，你是不是会马上不要她呢?那如果你另一半很有远见啊，希望你以后事业有成，那这个时候，你们会是在街上购物呢?还是在课室学*呢?啊，从这里可以看出，我规划中的女朋友应该是一个有思想，有远见的女孩子，所以，记着，选择要慎重啊。不过，我很幸运，我有一群能给我很多动力的兄弟，所以，女朋友还是随缘吧!
规划了空余时间，规划了爱情，接下来我要规划一下日常生活。自从到了大学，真的很多同学都说自己花的钱都是建立在父母的痛苦之上，说自己不可以在这里浪费光阴，要挣钱养活自己。然后就每天吃很少，又找很多兼职，我觉得呢，有把握好那个度咯，我上学期就因为每顿都吃得太少，导致一学期瘦了10斤。所以，我以后要有一个营养均衡搭配的饮食，有水果，有牛奶，身体都垮了拿什么学*啊?至于穿着方面，说真的，我来湛江没有买过衣服，也不打算在这买，自己带来的够穿就行了，
