机关公文写作大赛是一个以文会友的平台,是一个公文写作的“擂台”,更是一个练就本领的“舞台”。我们在这里碰撞思维、激扬文字,同一个题目、同一份答卷,用精美的文字演绎出绚烂篇章,更像是一次美丽的邂逅,与写作相约,遇见公文之美。回想起来,公文写作“五字诀”值得与大家共勉。

一要把握立意“新”。题目多读一次、现象多想一层、问题多思一遍,准确把握题目的主旨、行文的主题、文章的主干,力求“想到别人想不到”的核心要义。

二要做到结构“精”。“文似观山不喜平”。在把握体例的前提下,重在结构精巧、材料精当、文笔精妙,夹叙夹议中突出文章的逻辑、段落的层次。

三要注重文风“实”。准确鲜明地表达观点、阐述论点,用新词、说新话,力戒“假大空”的套话。引入身边的事实、素材和数据说话,多写一些平实的话,真正把事情想明白,把道理讲清楚。

四川省第五届机关公文写作技能大赛,既是组织全省机关干部深入开展党史学习教育的有力举措,也是指引我们立足“三新”投身社会主义现代化四川建设伟业的生动实践。

从现实来看,我认为写好一篇公文要从“三个问题”出发。

第一问:为何写材料——要充分理清文章的“思想”。胸中有大义,笔下有乾坤。首先要做到对xxx、省委重要会议与指示精神的学习领会,充分理解写作意图,准确把握任务目标,突破思维定式,创新思路立意,在文章思想上力争做到“人无我有,人有我优”。

第二问:材料写什么——要广泛组织文章的“血肉”。基础不牢,地动山摇。在确立了文章思路以后,就要多方面收集能够支撑文章论点的案例、数据,这将组成文章的基础。必要时还要开展多方调研,确保全部基础要素客观准确、支撑有力。

第三问:怎么写材料——要创新搭建文章的“骨骼”。万事俱备,只欠东风。“思想”和“血肉”已经具备了,还需要一个坚强有力的“骨骼”来支撑,这就是文章的框架结构。想清楚各部分之间的逻辑关系,明确先写什么后写什么,哪部分详写哪部分略写,用哪种结构排列方式。只要敢于尝试,终将收获惊喜和成功。

再者,我意识到临场应变的重要。我主要负责啦啦操彩排和正式比赛的伴奏音乐播放工作,总体还算可以,没有太大失误。在播放音乐工作上,在主任及学长学姐们的教授下,弥补了我的经验不足,使大赛的音乐播放任务顺利完成~但从中发现自身缺乏临场应变,不能及时做出正确判断,造成一些不必要的失误。还有当桌布没有在校会那借到时,也不能及时去弥补,虽然最好有惊无险找到桌布,但我从中发现自己还需要好好的锻炼。最后,我从我的工作中也认识到了细心的重要。象在各系传送音乐时,只要将其音乐名稍稍改下,就不仅能省播放时的功夫,还能减少失误。
