练习英文衡水体最好选用黑色的钢笔或者黑色的中性笔，前期用条格书写纸，一段时期后用条格书写纸和没有线条的纸交替写，最后用没有条格的纸，因为答题卡是没有条格的。
2、注意字母书写笔顺
书写时要注意字母笔顺，还有注意衡水体格位，以传统的四线三格来说明，26个英文大写字母一样高，占中上两格，书写时上边不能顶着最上面的线，略高于第2条横线即可，下边要抵着第3条线。线之间顶格书写，每个字母在书写时尽量圆润。
3、字体倾斜度、大小、间距
